Abstract
PERBEDAAN USIA TERHADAP KINERJA PADA KARYAWAN TENUN P24 GERIH NGAWI XVI + 87 Halaman + 27 Tabel + 3 Gambar + 10 Lampiran Kinerja merupakan hasil yang terukur dari individu maupun perusahaan dalam melaksanakan tugas pokok dan fungsinya. Kinerja karyawan bisa dipengaruhi oleh faktor lingkungan kerja, individu dan psikologis. Salah satu faktor individu yang mempengaruhi kinerja ialah usia. Studi ini berguna untuk melihat perbedaan usia terhadap kinerja pada karyawan Tenun P24 Gerih Ngawi. Studi ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain cross sectional dan jenis penelitian analitik observasional. Dengan memakai pendekatan sampling total, semua 51 pekerja menjadi populasi pada studi ini. Data diambil dengan bantuan kuesioner yang mengukur kinerja karyawan kemudian dianalisis mengenakan analisis deskriptif yang ditampakan dalam wujud tabel dan analisis statistik Kruskal Wallis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kinerja karyawan 76,5% memiliki kinerja baik. Hasil uji Kruskal Wallis menunjukkan angka skor ρ 0,562 melewati besar α (0,05), yang mengungkapkan tidak ada perbedaan usia terhadap kinerja pada karyawan Tenun P24 Gerih Ngawi. Perlu penelitian lanjutan tentang faktor individu, psikologis, dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Employee performance can be influenced by work environment, individual, and psychological factors. One individual factor that affects performance is age. This study is useful for observing age differences in the performance of employees at Tenun P24 Gerih Ngawi. This study uses a quantitative approach with a cross-sectional design and observational analytical research. Using a total sampling approach, all 51 workers became the population in the study. Data was collected using a questionnaire that measured employee performance and then analyzed using descriptive analysis presented in the form of tables and Kruskal Wallis statistical analysis. The results of the study show that 76.5% of employees have good performance. The Kruskal Wallis test results show a score of ρ 0.562 exceeding α (0.05), which reveals that there is no difference in age affecting the performance of employees at Tenun P24 Gerih Ngawi.
