Abstract
GAMBARAN KONDISI HYGIENE SANITASI MAKANAN SENTRA PANGAN JAJANAN PEDAGANG KAKI LIMA DI ALUN-ALUN KABUPATEN MAGETAN TAHUN 2025 XVII + 130 Halaman + 22 Tabel + 2 Gambar + 8 Lampiran Di sektor informal, pedagang kaki lima (PKL) sering berada di area publik seperti alun-alun. Namun, jika prosedur higiene dan sanitasi makanan tidak diikuti dengan benar, hal ini bisa menyebabkan masalah kesehatan. Tujuan dari studi ini adalah untuk menggambarkan kondisi higiene dan sanitasi makanan di pedagang makanan jalanan di Alun-alun Kabupaten Magetan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi cross-sectional dan bersifat deskriptif. Dengan menggunakan teknik total sampling, populasi penelitian terdiri dari semua 20 penjual kaki lima di alun-alun Kabupaten Magetan. Data yang dikumpulkan ditabulasi dan dikenakan analisis deskriptif.. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, kondisi higiene dan sanitasi makanan di sentra pangan jajanan kaki lima di alun-alun Kabupaten Magetan tidak memenuhi standar, karena dikategorikan berisiko tinggi terhadap kontaminasi makanan. Oleh karena itu, inspeksi kesehatan lingkungan diperlukan setidaknya tiga kali setahun, beserta penelitian lebih lanjut menggunakan berbagai metode analisis untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi persepsi masyarakat terhadap kesehatan terkait higiene dan sanitasi makanan. ABSTRAC Yunita Vindi Pangesti OVERVIEW OF FOOD HYGIENE AND SANITATION CONDITIONS AT THE STREET FOOD CENTER IN ALUN-ALUN, MAGETAN REGENCY IN 2025 XVII + 130 Pages + 22 Tables + 2 Pictures + 8 Attachments In the informal sector, street vendors (PKL) are frequently located in public areas like squares. However, if food hygiene and sanitation procedures are not followed correctly, they could lead to health issues. The purpose of this study is to characterize the food's hygienic and sanitary conditions in the street food vendors in Magetan Regency Square. This study uses a cross-sectional methodology and is descriptive in nature. Using the entire sampling technique, the research population consists of all 20 street sellers in Magetan Regency's square. The collected data is tabulated and subjected to descriptive analysis.. According to research findings, food's hygienic and sanitary conditions at street food centers in the town square of Magetan Regency does not meet standards, as they are categorized as high-risk for food contamination. Therefore, environmental health inspections are required at least three times a year, along with further research using various analytical methods to identify factors influencing public perceptions of health related to food hygiene and sanitation.
