Abstract
Gambaran Kondisi Fisik Rumah Dan Phbs Penderita Penyakit Tuberkulosis Paru Di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Karangrejo Kecamatan Karangrejo Tahun 2025 Kondisi tempat tinggal yang tidak layak dan kebiasaan menjaga kebersihan serta kesehatan yang kurang baik dapat meningkatkan kemungkinan terjadinya tuberkulosis paru. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memaparkan keadaan fisik tempat tinggal serta kebiasaan menjaga kebersihan dan kesehatan dari pasien yang menderita tuberkulosis paru. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan cross- sectional. Populasi penelitian terdiri dari 19 penderita yang mengalami tuberkulosis paru, dan pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan cara menggunakan keseluruhan populasi. Data disajikan dalam bentuk tabel dan dijelaskan secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 63% rumah responden tidak memenuhi standar kesehatan, sementara 53% pasien memiliki PHBS yang baik. Sementara itu, kondisi rumah yang tidak memuaskan dan PHBS yang buruk ditemukan pada 32% responden. Penelitian selanjutnya disarankan untuk menggunakan metode analisis yang berbeda untuk lebih mengeksplorasi faktor- faktor yang memengaruhi perspektif kesehatan masyarakat, khususnya yang berkaitan dengan tuberkulosis paru. Kata Kunci : Tuberculosis paru, Kondisi fisik rumah, PHBS vi ABSTRAC Fitri Nur Anggraeni Description of the Physical Condition of Houses and PHBS of Pulmonary Tuberculosis Patients in the Work Area of the Karangrejo Health Center, Karangrejo District in 2025 Unsuitable living conditions and poor hygiene and health habits can increase the risk of pulmonary tuberculosis. This study aims to describe the physical condition of homes and the hygiene and health habits of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis. This study used a descriptive cross-sectional approach. The study population consisted of 19 patients with pulmonary tuberculosis, and sampling was conducted using the entire population. Data are presented in tabular form and explained descriptively. The results showed that 63% of respondents' homes did not meet health standards, while 53% of patients practiced good hygiene and clean and healthy living practices (PHBS). Meanwhile, unsatisfactory housing conditions and poor hygiene practices were found in 32% of respondents. Future research is recommended to use different analytical methods to further explore the factors influencing public health perspectives, particularly those related to pulmonary tuberculosis.
