Abstract
ABSTRAK Anastasa Britiyanti “Penggunaan Video Edukasi Scabies Terhadap Pengetahuan Warga Binaan Pemasyarakatan Di Lapas” 61 Halaman + 12 Tabel + 6 Gambar + 6 Lampiran Scabies merupakan penyakit kulit yang umum terjadi di lingkungan padat seperti lembaga pemasyarakatan. Tingginya kasus dipengaruhi oleh rendahnya kebersihan pribadi dan kurangnya edukasi kesehatan. Keterbatasan metode penyuluhan konvensional mendorong penggunaan video edukasi sebagai alternatif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh video edukasi terhadap peningkatan pengetahuan WBP tentang scabies di Lapas Pemuda Kelas IIA Madiun. Metode penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain pre-eksperimental one group pre-test and post-test. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 47 orang WBP yang sedang menderita Scabies dan dipilih secara purposive sampling. Intervensi dilakukan menggunakan video edukasi 3 dimensi berdurasi 10 menit. Analisis data menggunakan uji Paired Sample t-Test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebelum dilakukan penyuluhan, Warga Binaan Pemasyarakatan (WBP) yang memiliki tingkat pengetahuan dalam kategori buruk sebesar 34 responden 72%. Kemudian sesudah penyuluhan menggunakan mediavideo edukasiterdapat peningkatan kategori baik sebesar 34 responden 72%. Hasil uji statistik terhadap perbedaan tingkat pengetahuan Warga Binaan Pemasyarakatan terdapat peningkatan. Nilai rata-rata pengetahuan meningkat ρ- value (0,00) < α (0,05) menunjukkan bahwa adanya pengaruh penggunaan video edukasi Scabies terhadap Warga Binaan Pemasyarakatan di Lapas. High incidence is influenced by poor personal hygiene and a lack of health education. The limitations of conventional outreach methods have prompted the use of educational videos as an alternative. This study aimed to determine the effect of educational videos on improving inmates' knowledge about scabies at the Class IIA Madiun Youth Penitentiary. This research method is a quantitative research with a pre-experimental one group pre-test and post-test design. The research sample consisted of 47 WBP who were suffering from Scabies and were selected by purposive sampling. The intervention was carried out using a 10-minute 3-dimensional educational video. Data analysis used the Paired Sample t-test. The results of the study showed that before the counseling, 34 respondents (72%) of the Correctional Inmates (WBP) had a level of knowledge in the poor category. Then after the counseling using educational video media, there was an increase in the good category of 34 respondents (72%). The results of statistical tests on differences in the level of knowledge of Correctional Inmates showed an increase. Theaverage value of knowledge increased ρ-value (0.00) < α (0.05) indicating that there was an influence of the use of Scabies educational videos on Correctional Inmates in Prisons.
