Abstract
Tingkat stres yang tinggi dialami oleh orang lanjut usia di Surabaya, terutama bagi mereka yang tinggal di panti sosial. Kurangnya interaksi dengan anggota keluarga dapat memengaruhi kesehatan mental mereka. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur tingkat stres para lansia yang tinggal di UPTD Griya Wreda Jambangan Surabaya. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah semua lansia yang berada di panti, dengan 50 orang sebagai sampel. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Data hasil penelitian disajikan dalam bentuk tabel distribusi frekuensi. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas (64%) lansia mengalami stres dalam kategori sedang. Oleh karena itu, dapat disimpulkan bahwa sebagian besar lansia mengalami tingkat stres yang sedang. Untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan psikososial mereka dan mempercepat adaptasi di lingkungan baru, perlu diadakan kegiatan yang sesuai dengan minat atau hobi lansia sebelum mereka tinggal di panti.
