Abstract
GAMBARAN FAKTOR PREDISPOSING, ENABLING, REINFORCING DALAM PENCEGAHAN PENULARAN TUBERKULOSIS PARU DI DESA CAMPURDARAT KECAMATAN CAMPURDARAT KABUPATEN TULUNGAGUNG TAHUN 2025 00 Halaman + 16 Tabel + 4 gambar + 5 Lampiran 1 Tuberkulosis merupakan penyakit menular yang paling sering menyebabkan kematian di dunia. Indonesia masih menduduki peringkat kedua tertinggi didunia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran faktor Predisposing, Enabling dan Reinforcing dalam pencegahan penularan Tuberkulosis Paru di Desa Campurdarat Penelitian deskriptif ini menggunakan pendekatan cross sectional dengan teknik purposive sampling. Sampel yang digunakan sebesar 97 responden berada di desa Campurdarat berjumlah 2,799 kepala keluarga dengan sampel sebanyak 97 responden. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah kuesioner Hasil penelitian ini adalah gambaran upaya pencegahan penularan TB paru di desa Campurdarat didapatkan hasil masih kurang efektif sementara itu peran tenaga kesehatan berada dalam kategori kurang aktif sehingga penting bagi masyarakat untuk lebih peduli terhadap upaya pencegahan penyakit TB paru serta selalu menjaga kesehatan, kebersihan diri dan lingkungan sekitar dan lebih berperan aktif dengan melakukan penyuluhan serta meningkatkan motivasi masyarakat dalam pencegahan penularan TB paru Kata kunci : TB Paru, Pencegahan Penularan Tuberkulosis, Faktor predisposing, enabling reinforcing vi ABSTRACT Pramudea Sulfan Anindi A DESCRIPTION OF PREDISPOSING, ENABLING, AND REINFORCING FACTORS IN PREVENTING PULMONARY TUBERCULOSIS TRANSMISSION IN CAMPURDARAT VILLAGE, CAMPURDARAT DISTRICT, TULUNGAGUNG REGENCY IN 2025. 1 00 pages + 16 tables + 4 Figures + 5 Attachment Tuberculosis is the most common infectious disease causing death worldwide. Indonesia still ranks second in the world. This study aims to describe the predisposing, enabling, and reinforcing factors in preventing pulmonary tuberculosis transmission in Campurdarat Village. This descriptive study used a cross-sectional approach with a purposive sampling technique. A sample of 97 respondents from 2,799 families in Campurdarat Village was selected. The instrument used was a questionnaire. The results of this study illustrate that efforts to prevent pulmonary tuberculosis transmission in Campurdarat Village are still ineffective, while the role of health workers is considered ineffective. Therefore, it is important for the community to be more aware of pulmonary tuberculosis prevention efforts, maintain health, personal hygiene, and environmental hygiene, and play a more active role by providing counseling and increasing motivation in preventing pulmonary tuberculosis transmission.
