Abstract
Hepatitis B merupakan penyakit menular karena infeksi virus hepatitis B (HBV) menjangkit liver. Penularan hepatitis B bisa lewat berhubungan intim apabila terjadi kontak dengan cairan tubuh atau darah penderita. Lelaki suka dengan lelaki (LSL) adalah orang yang tertarik dengan individu sesama jenis baik dari segi emosional dan seksual. LSL memiliki risiko terinfeksi Hepatitis B lebih tinggi dikarenakan beberapa faktor seperti jumlah pasangan, seks tanpa kondom, seks oral, dan seks anal. Maksud diadakannya pengkajian ini adalah mendeteksi adanya kasus Hepatitis B kepada Lelaki Suka dengan Lelaki (LSL) di Puskesmas Kedungdoro Surabaya melalui pemeriksaan HBsAg. Hepatitis B surface Antigen (HBsAg) termasuk antigen permukaan Hepatitis B yang dapat digunakan sebagai indikator awal adanya infeksi virus Hepatitis B. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian observasional deskriptif menggunakan pemeriksaan rapid test. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah 25 Lelaki Suka dengan Lelaki (LSL) yang memeriksakan diri di Poli VCT Puskesmas Kedungdoro Surabaya. Tempat pelaksanaan pengkajian yaitu Laboratorium Puskesmas Kedungdoro Surabaya pada tanggal 20 Maret - 19 April 2025 menggunakan alat strip tes HBsAg. Berladaskan penelitian yang telah dilakukan, dari 25 sampel yang diperiksa didapati hasil positif HBsAg sejumlah 2 orang sebanyak 8% dan hasil negatif HBsAg sejumlah 23 orang sebanyak 92%.
