Abstract
CASE REPORT PADA MULTIGRAVIDA TRIMESTER III DENGAN DISFUNGSI SIMFISIS PUBIS DI PUSKESMAS TONGGUH BANGKALAN Disfungsi Simfisis Pubis (SPD) merupakan salah satu keluhan muskuloskeletal yang sering dialami ibu hamil trimester ketiga yang ditandai dengan nyeri di area tulang kemaluan. Keluhan ini dapat mengganggu aktivitas harian, kualitas istirahat, serta kenyamanan ibu menjelang persalinan. Laporan tugas akhir ini bertujuan untuk memberikan asuhan kebidanan pada ibu hamil dengan SPD di trimester III. Laporan ini menggunakan metode studi kasus dengan pendekatan deskriptif observasional, yang dilakukan selama bulan Mei hingga Juni 2025 wilayah kerja Puskesmas Tongguh, Kabupaten Bangkalan. Subjek adalah ibu G3P2A0 usia kehamilan 35–37 minggu yang mengeluhkan nyeri simfisis pubis sejak usia kehamilan 32 minggu. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan pemeriksaan fisik langsung di rumah pasien dengan kehamilan fisiologis yang memenuhi kriteria subjek kasus. Hasil pemeriksaan menunjukkan ibu mengalami nyeri sedang (skor 5) yang memburuk saat aktivitas dan membaik saat istirahat. Intervensi yang diberikan meliputi edukasi posisi tidur, kompres hangat 15–20 menit, yoga ringan dua kali seminggu, serta dukungan keluarga. Setelah satu minggu intervensi, intensitas nyeri menurun menjadi ringan (skor 3), dan ibu menyatakan lebih nyaman dalam beraktivitas, beristirahat, dan beribadah. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa terapi nonfarmakologis yang sudah dilakukan mampu mengurangi intensitas nyeri SPD. Disarankan untuk menjaga kedisiplinan dalam melanjutkan terapi nonfarmakologis seperti posisi tidur yang nyaman, yoga, kompres hangat, dan mengurangi aktivitas berlebihan. Kata kunci: Disfungsi Simfisis Pubis; Trimester III; Yoga; Kompres Hangat; CASE REPORT PADA MULTIGRAVIDA TRIMESTER III DENGAN DISFUNGSI SIMFISIS PUBIS DI PUSKESMAS TONGGUH BANGKALAN Symphysis Pubis Dysfunction (SPD) is a common musculoskeletal complaint experienced by pregnant women in the third trimester, characterized by pain in the pubic bone area. This discomfort can interfere with daily activities, rest quality, and overall maternal well-being before labor. This final report aims to provide midwifery care for a third-trimester pregnant woman experiencing SPD. This report uses a case study method with a descriptive observational approach, conducted from May to June 2025 at the working area of Tongguh Public Health Center, Bangkalan Regency. The subject was a G3P2A0 pregnant woman at 35–37 weeks of gestation who had been experiencing pubic pain since 32 weeks. Data were collected through interviews, observation, and direct physical examination at the patient’s home, with physiological pregnancy and criteria matching the case subject. Findings revealed that the mother experienced moderate pain (score 5), which worsened during activity and improved with rest. The interventions included education on proper sleeping positions, 15–20 minutes of warm compresses, light yoga twice a week, and family support. After one week of intervention, the pain intensity decreased to mild (score 3), and the mother reported improved comfort in performing daily activities, resting, and worship. It can be concluded that non-pharmacological therapy effectively reduced SPD pain intensity. Consistent application of non-pharmacological strategies such as comfortable sleeping positions, yoga, warm compresses, and reducing excessive physical activity is highly recommended.
